When is the best time to use it?

How to use the Hali-Q water flosser effectively:
- Â Fill the reservoir with lukewarm water.
- Lean over the sink to prevent excess water from splashing around.
- Â Place the nozzle in your mouth and keep a distance between the tip and your teeth and gums.
- Select the water pressure setting and turn on the water flosser. Start with a low pressure setting and gradually increase it. High pressure should still feel comfortable.
- Follow the gum line and move the water jet along all your teeth. Aim the jet at the gum-tooth junction and also between your teeth.
- Hold the jet on each tooth for about two seconds.
- After cleaning the outside of your teeth, repeat the process for the inside, ensuring you clean your entire mouth. This should take about two minutes in total.
- Turn off the water flosser and remove the nozzle.
- Empty the reservoir and rinse it after each use.
